Can we filibuster a Commissioner's meeting?

I don't know what is going on but this FREAK is plowing through with his fucking "vision" of a CITY in the middle of Florida where The Panthers are almost extinct among a host of other disgusting problems.

What I want to know is, can we filibuster this meeting and others? I am sick that he has pushed this through so fast and I would like to do something if nothing but to irritate the shit out of him.

I really don't want to hear NO I want to hear HOW.

1. Massive public opposition: get everyone there that you can to oppose

his proposal. Call your state reps, your council people, the EPA, the state EPA and environmental and neighborhood groups.
Show up at all meetings and speak out! Contact every neighbor.
