Law and order is now a thing of the past
As soon as Scalito takes the bench, the entire GOP will no longer have to follow any laws. There will be spying, torture, bribery, perjury, election rigging, and treason at the highest levels of the government. We will have absolutely NO recourse, no way to have grievances addressed. From there will quickly follow:

1) Criminality brought out in the open - Bush will be able to freely admit LIHOP, and we won't be able to touch him (some Dems will meekly call for a Special Prosecutor, * will say "No", and that will be the end of the discussion).

2) It will soon filter down to the state and local levels.

Sad to see my old Republic die from poison.
