CSpan list of how senators plan to vote (Hillary hasn't said??)
List reflects Senators' declared intentions to vote, not the official tally, which may come at the end of this week or early next week.

4. Some Rep & dems haven't declared how they will vote.
So far amongst those who have declared, Repubs are all Yes; Dems are NO (except for Nelson-NE). Jeffords - undeclared.

The Repubs who haven't declared should be targeted for calling to vote NO (doubtful they would join a filibuster though, although it would show they had a backbone and brain if they did).

3. Of course, Washington's two Dem senators have remained mum
I'm betting a lot of money that they vote to confirm; it's almost as safe as betting that the earth will still be in orbit around the sun in 24 hours.

7. You gotta be joking TechBear_Seattle
I can't believe they would let us down so profoundly.

Having said that, I got an email from Murray's office this morning in response to my appeal to her last week to not only vote no, but to filibuster, and the response was obviously written before the hearings had even started. It was totally noncommital also.

Why, why, why would either of them vote for this disaster?

What, am I going to have to vote for McSafeco instead of Maria this fall? Good god.
