The Dem. base deserves an up or down vote on a filibuster!
I am changing my phone in tactic. I am asking for a filibuster even if it's not supported by enough dems to fly.

I want to know which Dems won't stand up for the country and the people in this party.

i just spoke to Durbin's DC and asked her to ask him to filibuster, even if the votes aren't there to support it.

We need to know who we can trust!

1. Senator Boxer said yesterday...
she would filibuster if it came down to it. (Saw her press conference here in Burbank.)

2. I will call her office and ask her to demand a vote on cloture. For the
sake of the party, we need to know who won't stand up.

3. Apparently we don't deserve a damned thing.
This fool is younger than I am, he will be there long after i leave the pain of this existence & he shall ensure painful it shall be. All they want, hell expect, from us is our money and our vote.

4. I'm sure there will be a vote on cloture
Its doubtful the cloture motion would pass by unanimous consent.

Cloture will probably get 5-10 more votes than Alito will be confirmed by.

5. They will call you when they need your money, not your advice.
Got it?
