Prince Harry Off to War-Maybe |
|
It was announced today that Prince Harry may end up being deployed to Iraq and fighting on the front line. Prince Harry's decision to join the Blues and Royals regiment of the Household Calvary puts him in a position to be deployed to Iraq on front line duty. The prince wants to be an armoured reconnaissance troop leader. He could also be positioned to guard his grandmother Queen Elizabeth II. When he was interviewed for his 21th birthday Prince Harry said, "There's no way I'm going to put myself through Sandhurst and then sit on my arse back home while my boys are out fighting for their country". I guess we would like to see that type of attitude from the children of the major politicians of this country.

5. I apologize, I forgot; However |
|
I do apologize for my last statement in that I forgot about the party incident. I do believe what Prince Harry did at that party was wrong and cannot be justified. However, my point with the last sentence was that many of the children of American politicians are happy to allow other kids to go to fight the war their parents voted for. At least he does not seem to be one of those kids that supports the war and then says other kids should go and fight the war. Maybe he is just saying it for the cameras, but it seems he is willing to go and fight.

2. Maybe It'll Give Him An Education |

Maybe seeing how the "other half" lives will give Harry Pothead a new outlook on life?

give Harry some credit. You know you'd never hear Jenny and Babs Jr. saying that.

I expect if he gets wounded or killed, that will be the last straw for Britain's involvement. Then everyone will have known someone who got killed in Iraq.
