Who will be the next SCOTUS Justice to fall? Stevens is 86. Most of the others were born in the 1930's. Chances are good that another vacancy will happen before 08. Does anyone know the status of these justices, health, retirement plans etc.?

1. as a woman, I'm looking forward to
no longer having to deal with responsibilities such as voting, having opinions, or going out in public with my ankles showing. So bring on the next neocon judge.

2. I wouldn't put it past the BFEE
to have Stevens or another left leaning SCOTUS justice "taken out" before 2008. I'm sure "Fat Tony"
Scalia would arrange the whole thing for a fee.
