Some more non-spin from the objective journalists at CNN
Here's the link.

Here's the headline and caption:

Sen. Kerry calls for filibuster of Alito

Unclear if Massachusetts Democrat has votes needed to block nominee

And here's the closer:

Senior White House officials said the move makes the Democrats look bad, and Republicans already have enough votes to overcome any filibuster attempt.

So which is it? Is it "unclear that Massachusetts Democrat has the votes needed," or do "Republicans already have enough votes to overcome any filibuster attempt?"

I infer that the entire closing paragraph represents the claims of the "Senior WHite House officials," but it's framed in such a way as to make it look like a done deal.


That damned liberal media again...

And why would anyone listen to "White House Officials"? :rofl: If they say it'll make Dems look bad, then we definitely need to do it.
