Bush Uses Humor to Deflect the Heat
Bush was full of quips during the 45-minute news conference, poking fun at the media and deflecting some of the heat when questioning got intense.
Shouldn't that read Bush once again tries to use humor to deflect heat but is not a funny human being thus all his joke fall flat. Even worse he's guilty of laughing at jokes while he's telling them. Even more serious are the moments when discusing seriously important subjects such as violation of the American constitution, Bush smirks, giggles and then avoids any actual substance in his speach.
