4. A few decades from now via FOIA's, maybe

A lot finally came out about who was spied upon during the government's last big-brother outing, Operation "COINTELPRO". Through filing enough FOIA requests over enough years, much of it came out eventually.

However, I would expect this Bush Mob, if they continue to act in character, to simply destroy any records they don't want around once they finally lose the White House, federal regulations be damned...
