Oh yeah, there's an idea that'll make for a less violent prison population.

6. All in favor of violent criminals being made more violent in RED STATES
Okay, not really.

I'll vote with "no."

Should Idaho consider having inmates sleep in shifts to economize space?
Number of Votes: 1703

60.7% are voting yes?

Maybe Idaho does deserve to have a bunch of angry, sleep-deprived criminals turned lose on their streets after all?

Damn you, Idaho and your potatos!

9. Come on. We're not all damnable spud brains
At least not all of us in places like Boise, Pocatello, Moscow, Ketchum, and Couer d'Alene. There's also a number of brave liberal souls in the darkest red of the reddest backwoods counties. I'll go so far as to predict a Dem pickup this fall in the 1st Congressional District which is being vacated by the <expletive deleted> Butch Otter. The open Governor's race also looks to be competitive. Oh yes, and I voted in the poll!

11. 30% of Idaho inmates are mentally ill
according to another story in the Statesman a week ago. This came about largely because Idaho banned the insanity defense.
