I'm transgender, and face employment discrimination daily...I have been without a job or decent income for over nine months now, and have run out my unemployment.

It's relatively simple to limit their data collecting to oversea ISPs. Of course, they are not limiting this to other countries. I know bush doesn't care about illegal wire-tapping but this is another example. I also think it should be a criminal offense.
