If, as Doofus said the other day, this program had been in place, 9/11 would have been thwarted, then
Why the hell didn't he institute the practice when he was warned that Osama intended to strike inside the U.S., and
Why the hell don't the Democrats and the Media ask W or little Scotty the question?
