STEPPENWOLF: "Suicide" More true today than in 1969

One of those long lost songs in your head, that when played start you to think about current events more than the events in the day it was written.
This song is one of those songs and while sitting in my car, This song was being played on a local radio station as a flashback but it rings true more now than ever. The whole album is a timeless statement considering the times.

1. I always loved

that album. The entire "Monster" is great. I've had the album since it came out, and bought the CD a few years back. It is an apt description of today.

2. Excellent song and album

It is amazing how many songs from the 60's were speaking about what was happening then is exactly what is happening now. I just heard a song from Jackson Brown, though it was from the 80's that speaks as consisely now as it did then:

3. Monster is one of my all time favorite albums

and the song "Monster" hit home with all of us real hard back then.

And there are a lot more just like these. Perhaps the muse of music is also a profit of the future.
