Not A Dictator, yet -- but a Tyrant :
Tyrant
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
Jump to: navigation, search
This article is about the ruling leader. For other uses, see Tyrant (disambiguation).
A tyrant (from Greek τύραννος týrannos) is a usurper of rightful power, possessing absolute power and ruling by tyranny.

In the original Greek meaning, "tyrant" carried no ethical censure; a tyrant was anyone who overturned the established government of a city-state, usually through the use of popular support, to establish himself as dictator, or the heir of such a person.

3. A US President who says 'I don't feel like I owe anyone an explanation'
and who says he likes the idea of a dictatorship, so long as he's the dictator, should be called a dictator, imo.

5. Dictator: yet.

"In modern usage, dictator refers to an absolutist or autocratic ruler who governs outside the normal constitutional rule of law."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dictator

When Bush announced on two separate occasions, one being the infamous signing statement, the other being the remarks justifying warrantless domestic monitoring contrary to both consitution and specific legislation, he asserted an authority outside the normal consitutional rule of law. In doing so The Cabal transformed itself from one party tyranny to executive dictatorship.
