7. Does this poster come from the FBI or Rewards For Justice - the

name referenced on the bottom as sponsoring the reward - which appears to come from the State Dept? With reward money added by the Pilots Assn?

After all, has there ever been a criminal investigation of one of the largest criminal events on US soil? No? Why not? Because Bush and Cheney said not to? Remember when they begrudgingly launched the 9-11 commission and explicitly stated the commission shouldn't assign blame or find fault??
