Army decorates Rangers for Lynch rescue

It was nearly two years ago that soldiers with the Savannah-based 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment joined in the high-profile rescue of Pfc. Jessica Lynch.

On Friday, the Army recognized the special operations unit's role in the rescue with the Valorous Unit Award, the Army's third-highest unit citation.
