Send it on to Mr. Gonzales.... and the FBI, the CIA, the INS, the IRS, and heaven forbid that you forget the NSA. Please send it to the SS (Secret Service) which your Unpatriot Act is trying to turn into a National Police force with the unquestioned power to trample on our Constitutional rights. Free Speech? Freedom to Assemble? Not in George’s world! Please add my name.

You commit treason and have the gall send your Justice Department to find out who informed the country of your vile acts. You seem to think that your lies and deceit that led us to an illegal, murdering war also give you the authority to say that you can and will continue to do as you please. You think you are something special with special rights and that the rest of us are the peasants who are here for the sole purpose of doing your bidding & to cheer for you. I WILL cheer, George...when you are in prison! Add my name dammit.

You try to keep the country in a constant state of fear. You try to convince us that only you can protect us from those shadowy terrorists but I stand now to say that you are the person, indeed the terrorist, that we have to fear the most. Bin Laden & Saddam Hussein would never be able to do to this country what you have done. Shame on you. Add my name.

You are forgetting the most important fact, George...you are our employee, not our king nor our God. I truly regret that our forefathers did not establish a method for the quick removal of such a sorryass employee as you. This is OUR country. This is the United Stated of America and it belongs to all the citizens of this country. The Constitution is for all of us and you have no right to trample on it. Add my name because I don't like you, nor am I afraid of you, George.

Somewhere in the wee hours of the night I hope that nightmares are a constant reminder of the hatred that you have unleashed upon this earth. I hope you quake in your shoes on those rare occasions when you tiptoe out of your bubble. You deserve nothing less than the constant fear that you try to dump on us. Add me to your lists.

How are ya? I am doing well. Newest life change is I am in custody of my 5 month old grandniece Kendra. Big change since my sons are just about ready to graduate and I thought I was done, but n-o-o-o. I am also the caregiver to my niece, but she is not living with me ~ yet.

Welcome to DU! What took ya so long to get here? Have you heard from Rebecca? I have not seen her on Buzzflash in a long time.

As for wanting to be on any of *'s lists, I would be disappointed not to be. As Sean Gonsalves said a few months ago about his mother who was on similar lists for civil rights marching, "Put me on PLEASE! In about 20 years, I would be ashamed *not* to be on them!"

3. I've Been Here.................

I've been here for several years but I admit that I don't check in often enough.
Matter of fact I discovered the DU in April 2001 when I got an email from a friend who said "I read about you at the DU". I've been visiting here off and on since then.

I believe this is week 15 dated April 23, 2001

8.. The Secret Service - RETURN! Weeks on chart: 3 - You can always rely on the Secret Service for some dimwitted door-busting shenanigans. The latest tangle in a string of misuse-of-power incidents (see Idiots weeks 6 and 8) involves a Florida seamstress who was a little peeved about Allen Trovillion's recent and rancidly homophobic statements (see Idiots week 14). After hearing the State Rep.'s "God is going to destroy you" comments, Margaret Richards sent off an angry e-mail message to Trovillion suggesting a "firing squad'' would be too good for him. She forwarded copies of the e-mail to George W. Bush and to Jeb Bush. Surprise! It wasn't long before the SS showed up at her house, asking the 58 year-old mother of five the usual questions: Do you belong to any terrorist organizations? Are you stockpiling firearms? Have you spent any time in a mental institution? Then they took Richards' picture, persuaded her to sign a waiver giving them access to her medical records, and asked to search her home. Finally putting her foot down, Richards refused the search saying she was simply expressing her opinion as a voter when she wrote the e-mail. Incidentally, how did Allen "nutjob" Trovillion feel about all this? Well, he said he supports the decision of Secret Service agents to pursue the matter. One question though: since when did the SS's job description involve protecting State Representatives anyway?

I am going to revise that this week and add my own story correcting the parts that the Tampa Tribune got wrong.

Please note this: I was being questioned about terrorist activities, my terrorist training camps, my travel plans, etc., in April 2001. When the SS turned up at my door, they mumbled something about me threatening the President (because I sent the village idiot a copy of my email) by telling Allen Trovillion that an old fashioned firing squad WAS TOO GOOD for him. After that they never, ever said another work about any threat to anyone.

It was all about terrorism in April 2001, FIVE MONTHS BEFORE 9-11!!

Amazing isn't it, that that SS knew about terrorism but the so-called president of the US did not ?!!


The good news is that Allen Trovillion decided not to run for re-election in Florida shortly after this. We kept his phone lines, fax lines jammed for days.... so much so that they turned off the fax & answering machines!!

I feel that at least on that occasion I did my part to help rid this government of one piece of trash.
