People should point out how his agenda has been misguided. That means poor leadership from the choice of agenda items to their implementation. The leadership has been too busy trying to penetrate the citizens' privacy while maintaining their own opaqueness. That doesn't even begin to address the failures of the B-people with the c's: croneyism, incompetence and corruption.
