The Pendimum has returned...Bush is Fucked
More and more peeps are seeing the Big Picture and not liking it.

The RePub Arrogance and Subjectiveness Level is Appalling

The Return to OBJECTIVENESS, OPENNESS is evident.

The Closed Mind Syndrome, the self centered mind set is in retreat....

America is close to the point of mending.

The Hump is this years elections...lets work for a convincing success to ensure a loss for those close minded...

2. We need Democrats to be Designated Drivers now that GOP is drunk on power.
GOP is Driving Under the Influence of Lobbyists.

3. Even if this is true (and I hope it is) that means the hard work is just
beginning.

Don't anyone delude themselves that the Bush junta will go quietly into that good night. They will resist the growing of the light. (apologies to Dylan Thomas).

5. There are still a large number out there who support his kind.
Those of us who see what is happening are becoming more polorized from those who do not.

6. They're NOT seeing the big picture...
...they're seeing some of the symptoms of the disease, but the vast majority of people in this country still don't see what's REALLY going on.

The agenda is and has always been this: They plan on privatizing EVERYTHING, and then killing off half the people on the planet so they don't have to share it all. The Corporatists have bought the government and they plan on buying all the land they don't already own, the air, the oceans and you and me. The Democrats are quietly going along with it because they are for the most part Corporatists as well, and they know they can benefit in the long run without being the ones to get their hands bloody. There are Repubs out there, I've had conversations with a couple, who fully understand this and don't have a problem with any of it.

The way they handled Iraq was done on PURPOSE so that they could completely destroy the country and ultimately grab the oil while privatizing many and ultimately most military functions. Halliburton had its best year ever in 2005. The response to Katrina was done on purpose so that we would get used to the idea of killing off the poor people in THIS country as well as in the rest of the world.

Sorry to be a Killjoy, but I don't share your optimism. I think they've only just begun to grab what they REALLY want.
I think 2007 and 2008 are going to be the deadliest years in human history, when they've got NOTHING else to lose.

7. I think you're right on the money!
The sheep finally see the wolf without his grandma get-up on. It might take a while longer but the paranoia over the spying deal is starting to spread! If Bushco spied on the freakin' Quakers then he sure as hell spied on some Freepers too. Some Baptists, Some Witches, Some Bastids, Some Even Without They Britches, Some Democrats, Some Repubs, Some Greens, Some Rich Folks, Some Po Folks, Some Sad Folks, Some Glad Folks, Some Good Folks, Some Bad Folks, Some Young Folks, Some Old Folks, Some Live Folks, Some Dead Folks, if you were not among any of those groups, then what the Hell, do you have to worry about?????

9. The 'Feel Like I'm Fixin' To Die Rag' is back in style like hippies.
So is the gubmint induced paranoia.

I always was more afeard of Tricky Dicky's thuggery than I ever was of Charlie Cong.

11. From yer list, there isn't too much left in 'Merica.
Bush is spying on us cause its in their best interest...thats how they stay in Power...All dictators do things to suppress opposition....including Brown Shirts, spying, and conniving....sad its come to Merica...but its here...hopefully not to stay.

The Peeps are looking at how they view things, slowly but surely they see they got scammed and conned by a bunch of thugs and self centered assholes who want to Control us.

Their base is other self centered Peeps who swallow the crap and go along.

But more and more see subjectiveness is actually counter productive ...

and its better to have an OPEN MIND as opposed to the CLOSED ONE>

Its time for a shift back to Sanity and Reason.

12. "Its time for a shift back to Sanity and Reason"
Either that, or let me call you Comrade Opihi!

The Fools who voted for the Mongo King in 2000 I find very hard to stomach, but the ones that Bush fooled twice, are the ones I'm really pissed at. If one of them ever takes it upon himself to call me unpatriotic to my face, he's skating on VERY thin ice. How could somebody be anymore Anti-American, than to uphold a dictator?

Somebody posted this on another thread, if you haven't seen Bush's 2006 State Of The Union Blather, you'd better check out this preview! * It's really nice!

15. the question is: will we make it to the elections?
Iran is due to open their oil bourse in March. BushCo/neocons must stop the trade of oil in Euros just as they did with Saddam. Do not hold your breath for the elections. Let's all just hope we get to them. Color me not optimistic.

18. Hey Opi!
Long time no read! My friend and i have been having this discussion for a several months now. I said in December, that despite his win in 2004, he was already on the downside. Back in September i told him and another friend "They're done. They've overreached so proufoundly that the people are saying enough." Well, Saturday they were both over, and they both agreed that i'd been right since September. Approval ratings of <40% are certainly indicative of something.

19. Howdy/Aloha/Bon Jour/ P.Gac
The people are waking up from their deep slumber caused by self centeredness...

Their eyes are looking hungry as their bellies are empty caused by lack of jobs.

They are seeing the folly of a closed mind, the Me Syndrome, the absence of benevolency and altruism, and the selfishness of it all.

Come, we go hunt for sushi and sake
