Saddam Hussein: A Bush Conservative?
Edited on Sun Jan-29-06 11:56 AM by Mark E. Smith
Consider the facts:

1) Saddam led his country into a disastrous war over oil. So did George W. Bush.
2) Saddam tortured prisoners, sometimes to death. Bush still does.
3) They both shook hands with Donald Rumsfeld.
4) Both obsessively spied on millions of their own people.
5) Saddam ended up in the dock defending himself for crimes committed while in office. Bush will soon.

2. I guess Hussein's mother
was an ignorant cow of a human who had no concept of decency and should have believed in abortion.

- The both also liked to dress up and pretend they were badass military heroes.

8. I hope so as well
Too bad he has the Religious Right, The Senate, The House of Representatives, The Supreme Court, and too many cowardly Democratic politicians in his back pocket. Bush is a prick but the powers that be have his back.

6. When CNN (ConNewsNetwork) kept repeating the Saddam trial news,
I was curious what would Saddam's poll numbers in Iraq look like.

Then CNN showed Bush's poll numbers, and I wondered if Saddam's Iraq poll numbers were better than Bush's poll numbers in the U.S.
