Was that David Stockman on C-SPAN this morning ??

I felt like I was watching an interview with David Stockman, head of CBO under Reagan in the early 80's, while watching the young supply-sider from Bush Administration answer questions about the deficit this morning. Same type of delivery and lies. Of course, Stockman later wrote a book discrediting supply-side and Reaganomics but that seems to have disappeared from memory?
