so what do you think "highest priority" is interpreted as when the Iraq war is highest priority?
Getting out or staying in?
I just don't think this is a meaningful poll.
Also, the social wedge issues that drove everyone to the polls, i.e., defending the institution of traditional marriage from non-traditional gay married terrorists as THE HIGHEST PRIORITY isn't even mentioned here.
ABC you get a failing grade on this poll.

7. Agreed. Just another fake poll to get info they can manipulate. A good |
|
poll would be SPECIFIC - and offer a "lowest" rating.

3. what a bullshit poll . . . particularly since uncovering/preventing . . . |
|
election fraud, discovering what really happened on 9/11, and impeaching the BushCo administration aren't even on the list . . . I'll pass . . .

9. Yeah, some were very stupidly put |
|
Taxes could have been "make tax cuts permanent" or "make more tax cuts" or "roll back tax cuts on the richest 1%" or any of a dozen alternatives.
"Social Security" likewise could have meant too many things, like taking OASDI overpayments out of the general fund versus letting Stupid wreck the system.
Also "cutting spending." Clearly, the Pentagon needs to go on a diet. However, social cuts are already killing people. Just how strong is the Repug blood lust and how many of their fellow citizens do they want dead?
The categories were too broad and undefined, rendering them useless.

Only 32% of Reps. vote budget deficit as a highest priority, compared to 50% Dems. It figures--lobbying reform only grabs 13% of Republican respondents as a highest priority.

6. And my questions didn't HAVE lobbying reform. |
|
Nor did I provide info on whether I was an R or D.
Were the "results" show from another poll?

what a fucking joke! and a whole category for elderly prescription drugs??? Why isn't that just lumped in with health care in general? Because big pharma made it a whole issue unto itself I'd imagine. Disaster preparedness??? You've got to be kidding me. And who knows what they mean by taxes? Does that mean getting a fair tax code that works for everyone or just blindly slashing taxes that will mostly help billionaires. I suppose most people voted highest priority for both cutting taxes and balancing the budget. Why not stopping outsourcing or is that part of economy? And what does economy mean? Does that mean propping up the stock market and our currency or does that mean getting high paying high-tech jobs for people? Yeah, this poll is a joke.
