1. grow some balls

The guy is often an ass, but in this instance he's 100% right. I learned in middle school that the only effective way to deal with bullies is to stand up and hit right back, as hard as you can. And to stand up and tell the hard truth to as many people as will listen, without fear for yourself, and even if they cut you off or try to take you down. It's the only way to really win in the end, even if you often have to pay the price for it.
