Just FYI: No Big Surprises from Senator Frist on Today |
|
Edited on Tue Jan-31-06 07:27 AM by demdiva
Senator Frist just appeared on The Today Show. No big surprises, but it does let us know a little about what President Bush will address in the State of the Union address tonight.
Senator Frist states that he has "seen how effective the guard has been" and he will oppose Bush's call tonight to reduce the Army Reserves.
He also states that Iran, on a "dangerous" scale of 1 to 10, is an 8.
Insists "domestic spying" is referred to as "terrorist surveillance". Senator Frist, as Majority Leader of the Senate, has been fully briefed and fully supports the program.

He immediately is lobbed a softball by the idiot Lauer on Mrs. King's passing. What crap! Frist and his gang could care less about civil rights, let alone African-Americans. What? He couldn't offer a life-saving diagnosis from the studio? Frist is as much a criminal to this country as the rest of the administration.
