The First Male Pregnancy!!!!!!
In the years since the first "test tube baby" was born in 1978, physicians and scientists from RYT Hospital have been working to develop a viable technique for the successful impregnation of male individuals. Illustrated to the right is a recent radiographic image of Mr. Lee, the first human subject to attempt this procedure, which shows the healthy fetus developing in his abdominal cavity.

Please note that RYT Hospital is not accepting new patients for this procedure. Male pregnancy is still in its experimental stage and will not be available to the public in the immediate future.

4. There are people in this country starving, and now
they want to get MALES pregnant?

Well, the upside is, to paraphrase Steinam: Once men can get pregnant, "Choice" will be a sacrement.

This site is used by one of our university librarians. She presents once a semester to students on how to critically think about sites on the Internet.

Think of future discussions between couples:

"No you do it"

No, You do it"

11. they have intelligent mice too
Clyven: The First Transgenic Mouse with Human Intelligence
Margaret A. Keyes, M.D., Ph.D., is a researcher in genetic medicine and Professor of Cell Biology and Genetics at RYT Hospital. She is exploring the use of embryonic stem cells as a means to cure neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's Disease and Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease. By implanting human brain cells (grown from a human embryo's stem cells) into a mouse engineered to have Alzheimer's, Dr. Keyes inadvertently made a remarkable and startling discovery: she not only cured the mouse's Alzheimer's Disease, but the animal soon developed the relative intelligence of a human being.

maybe they could cure Dubya ?

13. I read about this possibility
in Omni in 1985.

Starting the pregnancy would not be the difficulty. Even women sometimes have abdominal pregnancies. Even maintaining the pregnancy wouldn't be too difficult, the hormonal support mostly needed early on. The fetus starts "calling for" the hormones needed after the first trimester and we all have male and female hormones.

Delivery was the obvious issue. The uterus has a way to clamp and stop the bleeding. Women with abdominal pregnancies die at a pretty high rate from bleeding out after placenta detaches. That's the biggest risk, dying after delivery. My memory is that article said it was over 20%/

It had already been done with mammals 20 years ago. The author of that article assumed it would be done on human males someday, not because it should be but because it could be.
