GOPOC* hypocrisy on the Bill of Rights - Reps willing to undercut 4th
amendment because the founding fathers could not envision the "Internets," emails, cell phones, satellites, etc. that is good enough reason to ignore a basic tenet of freedom for American people. Today's technology has made us more at risk and danger so we MUST ignore the Constitution and give Chucklenuts unlimited power - because the founding fathers were clueless!

The numbnut dildoheads are willing to give away OUR privacy so they won't be quaking in a cold sweat under their beds 24/7/365 from "terrarists" so why aren't they worried that the "terrarists" can get AK-47s and other little pieces of hardware and blow up their little kiddies up at the mall?

This has been bothering me for some time. How can the party that advocates unlimited wire tapping and search and seizure because the founding fathers just wasn't up on the 21st century advancements can still use the argument that the founding fathers insisted we protect the 2nd amendment because the founding fathers had the powers of reason to ensure we have all the weapons available at our fingertips. No background checks, no registrations, that no matter what kind of weapons could be developed in the future they would want the citizens to have unlimited, unrestricted access to them?

Can't this issue be used to shake up the God/Guns/Gays segment of their party? If they can ignore the 4th amendment then it follows they can ignore the 2nd amendment, too. So not only are you a sitting duck for "terrarists" you could possibly not have your trusty Uzi to protect your family. Their whole argument that the founding fathers was all wise, all knowing just kinda goes up in smoke with the incongruity of their position on the two issues.

Just a random, incoherent thought rattling around in my head on a cold, Tuesday morning.
