Ed Schultz is off the air in Norfolk, VA. (Big Eddie, we hardly knew ya) |
|
I'm not a conspiracy nut, but it seems kind of strange. Eddie (a Norfolk native by the way) had finally got a two hour spot on one of our two most powerful AM radio stations. If you aren't from here, you may not understand the Eddie getting two hours on a Norfolk area radio station was BIG NEWS!!!
It meant that we only had 46 hours a day of screeching, wing-nut, "Bush nut-nuzzling" talk radio.
Well, it appears that since Big Eddie was kicking slant-head Sean Insanity's a$$ during that time slot, lo and behold, WTAR was sold, or has become Fox Sports Radio.
Now instead of Big Eddie, we get a dose of sports radio, with a little Glen Beck mixed in for good measure.

2. Norfolk radio is lousy. But so is Shultz's show. He's too Limbaugh-like. |
