1. I think so, too
What happened yesterday was a good test run.

The "mythical little guy" is starting to wake up.

2. I hope it does blow
this country has no voice but money. Exxon just made record profits and savings rate is at its lowest since the great depression.

3. I think the basic attitude at this point is 'fuck this shit'.
The only question is 'what to do'?

8. Noam Chomsky says that people in 3rd world countries know what to do...
...but somehow in the U.S we don't. Personally, I don't know if it is learned helplessness or people have been conditioned to the point that they wait for somebody to tell them what to do.

In the 3rd world people get organized into movements and get active for the long haul. They realize there is going to be no quick solution

4. Nah, that's just all the unused powder of Congressional democrats
There's no brewing going on because they are intent on keeping it dry.

6. :-)

Well, this is getting a bit repetetive, I'm afraid.

Every time something annoys the left in the States someone somewhere posts something along the lines of:

"It's going to blow!"

"Ye cannae change the laws of physics!"

etc.

Not to pour cold water on your powder keg, but... I think it may be time to try a new metaphor.

What form is this powder keg going to take? Who's going to light the fuse?

:hide:

Dons asbestos toupee...

7. When will a real Democrat stand up
and tell it like it is about Republicans and what their goals are.For one they want to destroy the Democrat party and as long there are those in congress that are Republican ass kissers than they become closer to reaching their goal.
