3. One has to take one's joys where one can find them these days
And remember that two bad weeks do not a year make.

4. But ain't it great to fight?
Seriously.

We know we're on the right side, that evil has taken a firm grip on the country and the government, and we're fighting back. We've firmly joined the peaceful resistance to tyranny, and if it comes to blows, we know what side we'll be on.

Ain't it great to be politically aware and alive?

So we're not seeing a lot of victories. That's the way every revolution starts, with losing.

But it's great to be fighting for the right side.

Never give up, friend.

At least you can tell your grandkids you were part of the resistance.

11. Hey Txaslfist, I'm guessing this was a troll who cut and pasted my post??
on the Freeper site?

I see they misspelled "dummy" and wrote "dummie" instead -- not surprising since they spell "moron" "moran" as we all know.

And they censored the word "bitch" because the right wing fundamentalist christian nuts are very sensitive about profanity -- yet they don't mind being hateful, ugly racist human beings.

What pigs.

6. Starting with "The Republican program for solving economic ...
...problems is based on growth and productivity." R. Raygun Nomination acceptance speech.
Of course he was building on the foundations built by the ruling families about 100 years earlier.

8. Look again at who's really losing
the republican party is digging a hole for itself
so large
so deep
and so full of stinking shit,

they aren't going to doing much of anything for the next 20 years
except trying to get the smell off themselves.

trust me, baby

12. I just thought of something...we actually won in
2000 with Gore -- and should have won in 2004, had the Repukes not pretty much cheated in Ohio!!! :wtf:

So, I'm still distressed, but I have a lot of fighting left in me!!
