polls regarding reactions of those who watched the SOTU address.
I think it was 48% said he did very well. Guess who watches in the greatest numbers?
But that was the second lowest such rating for *'s SOTU speeches, as they showed all years. Last year was lower, I believe.
2002 was not surprisingly the highest.
This was on CNN Headline News this morning.
