Simple math - "missing" emails = obstruction of justice
Re: Fitz and Plame and missing White House emails - it's really very hard to make emails disappear. Even if you delete them, someone can recover them off of your hard drive plus a copy would exist on the server. To really make emails disappear would require the intervention of some sophisticated IT guys and it would really be a concerted effort - read "conspiracy". Email is the most preservable, trackable form of communication that exists.

2. An IT friend of mine,
told me the other day that the military has some software that would wipe a hard drive CLEAN. That would take care of the WH computers, i'm sure KKKarl has some military friend that would do that for him in a heart beat.
