Congress ignored Supreme Court ruling w/ Sheehan...
Tinker et al. v. Des Moines
Independent Community School District et al

http://www.bc.edu/bc_org/avp/cas/comm/free_speech/tinker.html

"1. In wearing armbands, the petitioners were quiet and passive. They were not disruptive and did not impinge upon the rights of others. In these circumstances, their conduct was within the protection of the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment and the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth."

Bush says Cindy's son and his brethren in the military died fighting for our "freedoms".

If our "freedoms" cannot even be expressed in the peoples house without being arrested by the state, what "freedoms" do we truly have?

Sadly, it appears that Casey did die in vain....his own mother, arrested in the peoples house, for wearing a t-shirt.

3. Well, anybody can generally file suit against anybody or ...
any entity that they desire, I wouldn't be surprised though, if Congress has exempted themselves from this (this, from the same group, who swept into Congress in the 90's saying there would not be any special rules for them....har, what a sick joke that turned out to be.)

In any case, w/ over 70% of the federal judiciary being republican, (call me cynical or call me a reealist)....it's doubtful any meaningful justice would ever occur.
