oh dear. Good cartoon, thought about it on the way home when NPR was covering the Mohammad cartoons and someone was talking about freedom to express ourselves being a halmark of our society. I yelled sheeee-hannnn!

It's someone (probably a freeper) who reads at DU, then lifts things I say here or makes reference to them. Sometimes within two hours of a post I make here, they'll be posting on some other board, pretending to be me.

It's been going on for months. I suspect there are several people involved, because they've read everything ever written about Neil Lisst cartoon on the internet. We used to have a message board for people who wanted to comment on the comic after they read it, but we had to shut it down because they attacked it so badly, and we didn't have time to personally monitor it.

This is the ONLY board on which I can post without experiencing almost immediate freeper madness.

You'd better believe the freepers read this board! They harvest information. I'm always suspicious of any poster who urges any form of illegality or extreme action, for that reason, if no other.

There have been some Dem things said and done I thought about lampooning, but right now, the Axis of Evil is Bush Central, and Dems in DC are beating themselves down badly enough.
