Chris Matthews Full of BS
Chris Matthews is full of BS. I saw him on the Today this morning and it was just horrible. He was wrong on all the subjects. He did not point out that Bush lied when he said that two of the 19 hijackers were on the phone before 9/11 and if the Bush Administration had been able to wiretap their phones they could have stopped the attacks. In reality Bush had the names of both of those terrorist and did nothing to stop the attacks.

Chris Matthews also failed to point out that Boehner was not a break from corruption for the Republican Party. Boehner was a lieutnant of Newt Gingrich, the man who brought about this scandal. In addition, Boehner gave out tobacco checks on the floor of the House while the house was considering a bill that affected the future of the tobacco industry. Finally, Boehner has come out publicly against stopping lobbyists from giving gifts and trips to members of Congress.

I know people at DU know Matthews is full of BS. However, he is just so full of it that it is sometime hard for me to believe.

1. there was NO way to prevent the 911 attacks because our
president and his band of corporate M-UR-D-E-R-E-R-S wanted that attack,PNAC needed that attack and the NEOCONS got their wish, 3,000 innocent people dead and they were prepared to kill maybe 20,000 since at 9am the WTC is in high gear.

4. I think he is wired in to the WH in a big way
...he was involved in that Plame/Libby business, and it seems to me of late that he has been incredibly schizophrenic in his opinions. He goes from complaining about the Monkey to calling him a great leader, in the space of a week. He bitches about the war on one hand, and then calls the strategies of the cabal in charge visionary. Someone has him by the short and curlies, or he is simply insane. Tiresome, spitting fool....

7. I think the clearer answer is that his politics are smack between
DLC and moderate Republican. With the exception of pro-choice. I think Tweety is anti-choice.

He was just too happy when the Democrats lost power, because, as he said on the air when Bush won, the Dems had power long enough and it was time to give someone else a turn. He is definitely not a person to look to for honest brokering. He uses his bully pulpit to spread his own political beliefs.

6. Yes And His Interpretation Of Hillary's Reaction Wrong Too...
He said her expression was one of great admiration..."God , you're good" when I saw it as one of great disdain..."My god what a liar your are" was how I saw it...

I just love it when people can figure out what the other person is thinking just by looking at their picture on the TV. I didn't know Tweety was one of the X-Men...:sarcasm:
