Dear Senator Cantwell

Senator Cantwell,
I am terribly disappointed in you as my Senator for not standing up to the Republican assault on democracy and the Constitution.
Your vote against the confirmation of Judge Alito was an insult after you sided with the Republicans and voted for cloture.
You and 18 other so called Democrats turned your backs on the Constitution and democracy by supporting Alito. What’s worse than a republican? A democrat that votes like a republican.
You chose to support this illegal President when he asked for authority to go to war against Iraq, most likely the beginning of WW III. You supported him even though, I am certain, you knew he was lying and deliberately misleading the Country.
You supported this elitist administration by voting for CAFTA, which will kill labor unions in this Country.
And now you supported the confirmation of Judge Alito. Your no vote was mute after you failed to support the Democrats but chose to support the Republicans.
GWB once made it clear that in this Country we were either for him or against him. His elitist administration deliberately divided this Country.
From your actions it appears you are for him (GWB) and his elitist administration.
Some of the spineless 19 said they wanted to get back to business. Yes, the business of extending the Un-patriot Act, cutting funding for the poor, students, and our seniors, and provide the elitist huge tax breaks.
It must be a challenge for the wealthy Senators and Congressmen to associate with us commoners.
We are definitely at war, but not between the red and blue, the democrats and republicans, but between the wealthy elitists and the middle class and poor. It is our loved ones dieing and it will be our children and grandchildren paying for the Iraq war you authorized.

3. I Wrote Maria As Well

Three time concerning the Alito vote the second letter was to pin her down on why YES on cloture and No on Alito.....she responded with a form letter which didnt answer my concerns at all.......So.....I sent her another email asking for clarification, so far I havent heard back.


Mr Wilson is getting a strong look by me,I certianly dont want what the PUG have to offer.

10. I was very surprised by the Cantwell vote for cloture - and disappointed.

She can't justify that decision on any grounds. Even Feinstein voted for a filibuster.

I've sent her like 10 letters in the past two weeks, and haven't gotten anything back yet...

I was never obscene or rude, just stated my anger at her vote, and told her I was supporting Wilson...
