2. Ah - but it's going to change.
After this sham of a hearing, Congress will decide Bush should be able to wiretap and will do away with FISA since it's "outdated and cumbersome." Instead of being held accountable, he'll be given more power.

3. I doubt it, jr. will back down as he did on the torture issue, it
be done slowly & quietly, so as to not invite impeachment.
