If I were the President

Every member of my administration would swear to tell the truth before every appearance of a congressional committee. Preferably they would do so with the cameras rolling. It would be part of my effort to bring integrity back to the white house. It has been pointed out that Gonzalez was sworn during an earlier appearance. It takes a few seconds and would be a little refreshing reminder for those being questioned. But what the fuck do I know, I'm a candy assed liberal veteran who loves our constitution and has a thing about the support and defend stuff.

but thank you very much for the vote of support. I meet all the constitutionally mandated criteria. "Conservatives" and klansmen would hate my guts. But I would be more than ready for any swiftboat cowards.
