What exactly are the cuts to veterans health care in the new budget?

What exactly are the cuts to veterans health care in the new budget?
I need to stick it to some veterans I know who voted for Bush. AND maybe a LTTE. I am really sick over this thing.

1. My understanding is...
that the cost of their medical insurance will go up. In otherwords, they will pay more out of pocket for their medical care and for their family's care...if they are covered at all.

2. My neighbor (to our Wisconsin summer house) is a WWII
veteran's widow. I know she voted for Bush both times. I can only hope that this dear 80 something woman is not shoved out of her health care benefits.
