Medicare: "Slow down growth = Medicare cuts

What a way to try to rephrase something and getting away with it! As the numbers of Medicare recipiants grows this administration proposes "slowing down the growth" of Medicare expenses..... Could somebody far smarter than I, please explain how this happens?

1. When denied appropirate affordable medical services

more people will die sooner - that will slow the growth of the amount of recipiants on Medicare. (I'm not joking)

2. I hope that the Democrats EXPLAIN this to the American People

3. They're to f*&%$ing busy voting with the republicans

in order to get reelected so they can 'do the will of the people'.
