ENERGY: Bush declared the United States must kick its addiction to oil. OK.
But didn't Vice President Dick Cheney invite oil and other energy executives and lobbyists to co-author the administration's policy? The White House has kept their recommendations secret, but here's a hint: the industry guys probably didn't suggest using less oil and gasoline.
