2. No. He is not.
After the Alito vote and non-filibuster, I believe he is not.

I would love to see Ted Kennedy or Barbara Boxer lead the Senate. Maybe then there'd be some balls apparent and some teeth in our bite again.

3. He is definitely a strong person, I don't think he has taken any strong,
progressive stands though and, therefore, is probably not the best leader for the party.

4. Ack! Well.. I think he's somewhat better than...
Daschle.

Although I think in this instance, Daschle might have been
able to pull off the filibuster. He was pretty concentrated
on the courts.
