It is sad that in this country that we have gotten to the point where the only place on corporate television where truth can be said is at a funeral. Ideally, they would have preferred to have Chris Matthews moderating in low golf voice in the background, talking about the courage and bravery of George W Bush showing up in a place where he is not "well-liked". And he could have interrupted Jimmy Carter and Rev. Lowery with his own comments or he could have gone to commercial break. It must be terribly disappointing for them to have a situation where they cannot control the message.
