What is the Name of the Subcommittee Delay Got On?

What would happen if the dems on this "subcommittee" decided to boycott the committee because of delay and his conflict of interest considering he has taken money from abramoff (hasn't he?)

would the committee have to shut down if half the members boycotted?

is this a viable option as a way to get him the hell off the committee investigating abramoff???
