Per article, intel pros active and retired say, in so many words, bush is a lying sack of shit living in a fantasyland. I know many do not consider CHB a creditable source but go ahead and give the story a read. It sounds like it is describing bush and his administration perfectly.

4. I've been checking out that site for about a year

and have found their work to be pretty good. They site a lot of anonymous sources but usually after time passes their stuff is confirmed by others like the story you provided. I've read here at DU that some think they got a lot of stuff wrong about Clinton.
