Tim Russert, Chip Reed, and Don Imus all misrepresented a poll put out by NBC. They all played up the part of the poll that claimed that 51% of those polled supported the wire tapping while down playing the 53% who claimed that the President should have to get a warrant before performing the wiretapps.

1. oh they're shameless. Did you see the statistics? |
|
They interviewed 507 people "in the midwest", during the day.
Stay at home republican home schooling moms anyone?
Just shameless - these people fully in support of giving away everyone else's rights, convincing their faithfull that all of America agrees with them and twisting absolutely any fact to their own needs so that it can be asserted over and over again without any further research by their mindless base.

2. That's why I don't believe polls....cause it's always round and round |
|
we go....
They do the poll and report it in the way they want in order to influence further opinion based on how they reported it, and hope that the next poll will show this influence.....and then report that, etc., etc., etc...
They = Corporate asshole media
