No "Bounce for Bush" after SOTU...
According to Wolf Blitzer on the Situation Room.

Said they had "just released numbers" from a CNN/Gallop poll that shows Bush went down a point following his State of the Union Address.

1. No, the bounce was the Americans taken out of the State of
the Union Address. But, I notice that the Bin Laden family was well represented thoughout the speech.

4. I'm surprised his number didn't get lower.
Its happened before-he had a couple of speeches that actually hurt his standing in the polls. Of course I have no idea exactly when this happened.
