If they didn't raise an alert it says one of two things:

A.) They're not telling the truth and/or
B.) They didn't consider the citizens of LA worthy enough to give them a chance to protect themselves.

Has any "journalist" followed up with the security firms of the targeted buildings to verify the story? If the mayor was not notified, were the guards informed? You know...to may WATCH OUT FOR SOMETHING?

If not, the story is confirmed bullshit.
