calling DU true believers |
|
I just heard of a website called www.Fark.com, it is supposed to be the website for journalists, pundits, etc. The trouble is that in an election year they have rw posts the Republican Talking points, over and over. I just went there and saw that it is true, 3 posts saying how wonderful Free Republic is and how the demoncrats don't have anything comparable. There is also the mantra that the democrats are weak and will turn the USA into a parking lot (ie site of nuclear destruction.) I am not as patient as many of you, I have real trouble with this Faux rhetoric that uses no fact and is nothing but a glorified hymn to hate. Can you go over there and post to the opposition.
Thanks Miss Waverly

1. Fark is hardly "for journalists and pundits." |
|
It's for morons posting titty pics, "news of the weird" type links and photoshop juvenilia.

Seriously, do you think there is an effective strategy for the hate rant, Dems are bad, Repugs are good.

just let the freepers go down in their little spider holes with their fingers in their ears. If they believe that the Dems dont have anything on the net comparable to FR then they really don't have a clue. So what else is new?

6. the problem is that the rant has replaced political campaigns |
|
there is no way that Bush could have been re-elected on his record. We have to dislodge rant as campaign strategy.

9. We are all tired of that. |

And I normally am the first person that wants to mess with freepers but I don't want a invasion of them here. Let them live in the world of their making. We should not have to put up with their inane ramblings. You want to go mock them and give them the finger I am in but I would hate to inflict their bs on the other DUers.

10. yes, I do not want to arm wrestle with them |
|
because their chant is based on hate, how you can argue with that. Surely they can see that this country is not better off after 5 years of Bush. But maybe not.
