No chance he'd ever submit to a breathalizer. Won't happen.Anyone else probably would, but since Cheney is fighting the war on terror we don't want to inconvenience him with details.

10. You've got a point... BUT |
|
Cheney DID have a bad attack of gout a couple weeks ago. Bad enough that he had to appear in public with a slipper on one foot.
Hmmm....... I bet he still sneaks a few when Lynne's not looking.

3. Cheney probably drinks before anything |
|
And he's so damn old and feeble at this point, most Americans (given the state of health care for the general populace) would have been dead long ago with the kind of medical problems he has. How the hell have they propped him up for so long?

I'd never group anyone I like with Cheney. Maybe some of the stuff I scoop out of my cat's litterbox, but not people I like. Or hell, not even most of the people I *don't* like.

4. Good question. If he was drinking it could affect the type of negligence, |
|
e.g. criminal negligence, gross negligence, etc.

11. and was he hunting on a RESIDENT License? illegal vp if so |
|
This was asked in another thread. They made a point of ststing that he did have a valid license. But was it a RESIDENT license? If it is a Texas resident license he is illegally the vp, because the president and vice-president can't be from the state. Or he committed an offense by claiming residency to a get a lower cost resident license. We need to ask this and find out !! You can bet they would look to this angle if it was us.

|
Good thing for the victim, but are taxpayers footing Cheney's bill for shooting someone?

shoot a man taller then him in the freaking face unless his senses were impaired by alcohol. Those birds posed no imminent threat to his worthless, hateful life.

18. what irks me is that the victim gets blamed |
|
Edited on Mon Feb-13-06 12:05 PM by Jeffersons Ghost
After going without being admitted to the emergency room for hours, it's the rich lawyers fault that he was shot in the face. In bird hunting, one never shoots at low angles because it kills fellow hunters and bird-dogs. It's the most important rule of that particular hunt.
BTW Keseys Ghost, welcome to DU... Are you in the United International Ghost Workers Union? I'm in local No. 13 and we're tired of cartoons that portray ghosts wearing chains like slaves.
