Maybe they wanted to give the good Reverend a chance to come up with a reason why God wanted Whittington dead, and Cheney was just the avenging angel of the Lord, sent to do his good work on earth ...

because Whittington was trying to divide Austin's land (ala Sharon).

3. I actually tried to get a hold of Pat last month

to ask him why God hated Bush and Cheney. After all Cheney's had multiple heart attacks and Bush keeps hurting himself. They wouldn't put me through Pat, instead they hooked me up with a prayer buddy to pray with. Naturally I hung up.
